Successfully Finding Students Online Jobs – What Are Some of the Legitimate Options?
Between attending a full course load of classes and doing several hours of homework each night, it can be very difficult and stressful for the college student that is looking for a decent way to improve their financial situation. Add to this the fact that many students do not have their own form of transportation, and if they do, their available funds for gas money are often limited. With the economy in a complete slump, now is the time more than ever to turn to the Internet for part-time earning opportunities. Over the years I’ve discovered several paths that people can take in order to help in finding college students online jobs.

Besides the part-time income, another perk of working for online survey companies is the fact that you get to try out new products before they are even on the market. Every month I receive new shoes, food products, bath products, and even pet products, all for simply taking five minutes of my time and giving my opinion about them! Paid surveys are just one of the many options for students who are looking at online job opportunities. The real task at hand is locating these legitimate companies that provide students online jobs that give them freedom and a bit of financial security to boot.
Typing Jobs
With a computer at home, the opportunities are so many, out there. One of the easiest jobs anyone can take up is the home based typing jobs. These are usually assigned by companies that host regular conferences and seminars and need tapes to be transcribed and typed. Instead of employing fulltime staff, they assign these to home workers.
Another avenue for gaining such assignments is from publication houses. Even medical transcription can be done from home. For this one needs continuous internet connection, and a head set. The employing company transfers the audio files, while one needs to key it all in. One can also advertise in the classifieds that they take on typing assignments, and surely there would be enough work pouring in.
There are also legal firms that require their handwritten paper work to be typed out, either on a typewriter, or computer, so as to maintain authentic records. Another option is to take up typing jobs from publications, as there are a number of writers who still use the pen instead of the keyboard to put down their manuscripts.
The commonly assigned job for typing at home is that of translating from one language to another, or then transcribing tapes. Medical transcription is one type of technical typing work that is assigned to a large number of home-workers.
